Owner-use terms

Authorized owner use

These terms describe the owner-operated SudoFocus OS workflow. They do not offer public registration or grant access to another person’s account. Use the app only with accounts and content you are authorized to manage.

Before approving delivery, check the media, rights, title, description, tags, destinations, audience settings and synthetic-content disclosures. Approval authorizes the displayed preparation and delivery plan; it does not establish content rights or transfer ownership.

Delivery and publication

YouTube uploads from this build remain private. Later public visibility and scheduling are separate choices in YouTube Studio. Instagram public posting requires the explicit public-publishing choice at approval. TikTok inbox delivery requires completion in TikTok; it is not Direct Post. Bilibili currently receives a local export package, not an automated upload.

A provider connection, local approval or delivery receipt is not proof of public publication. Review the recorded delivery state and any required platform action.

Platform terms and privacy

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using SudoFocus OS, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected platforms also apply their own terms, permissions and review requirements. Read the privacy information and explicitly accept the versioned local notice in the Gateway before using YouTube API features. That acknowledgement is separate from provider consent and release approval.

Availability and security

Account authorization, provider processing and network availability can change. The app does not guarantee delivery time, uninterrupted access, platform approval, reach, revenue or search ranking.

The operator is responsible for securing the computer, authorized remote access and backups. Do not share credentials or expose the private review gateway publicly. Local disconnection does not remove content already held by a platform or separate copies in Keeper and backups.
